It has been a wonderful experience to study on “Impact of Eye Contact in Business Communication”. This project has helped us to understand the importance of non verbal communication and its impact in the business communication. We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude towards Mr. Ram B. Mahato who provided us this opportunity. We would also like to thank KUSOM for providing us an opportunity to have a deep experience on a subject like Business Communication in our first Trimester. It has helped us gain real survey experience and given us the real picture of how the communication flows in the organization.
