Introduction
Educational system of any country is regarded as backbone of country. Teachers play a vital role in transmitting learning to students and if we specifically talk about higher education like at university level role of professors is very important as they are responsible for imparting knowledge to those students who are going to run country in near future. If teachers will be satisfied and committed to their work they will impart knowledge in a better way as compared to teachers who are stressed or less satisfied from job.
