Therefore, ways must be made visible in terms of how do the TPDF intend to effectively and efficiently implement mission command. Foremost, establishing a sense of urgency to ensure maximum cooperation and identification of a group with enough power and credibility that can guide the effort. Then, a clear change vision must be formulated and be communicated throughout the Department of defense to ensure the buy in strategy and maximum participation. Formulation of implementation strategy and objectives must be identified as well as creating of dedicated and skillful teams from different services so as to familiarize the members about this matter. Finally, the concept must be institutionalized and operationalized in the TPDF doctrine as it does not clearly manifest itself at present
