The methods that was used for this study are open-ended survey and semi-structured interview. Since the method is only these two methods, the data collection procedure is almost the same for both the methods. The first step for both the procedure is to get the letter of acknowledgement from the faculty that the researcher is doing the research upon the selected respondents for Final Year Project purpose and that there is prove that the research is done by the students of University Malaysia Sarawak. Research instrument can come in the form of rating, scaling, survey, test, questionnaire or tools that are created to measure the characteristic(s), variable(s) or information of interest and often behavioural or psychological characteristics (University of Virginia’s College, 2013). For this study there are two types of research instrument that is used that is open-ended survey and interview. The respondents were asked to fill the consent letter before they were interviewed and asked to answer the survey form. Possible respondent should be given adequate amount of information to give them the chance to decide whether they would like to take part in the research study or not (Oxford Brookes University, n.d.). This is to make sure that the respondents are all right with being interviewed and answering the survey questions. Frist and foremost the researcher must always get the consent of the respondent if they are going to be interviewed in. This is to show that the respondent was interviewed willingly and not forced. The researcher must make sure that the information about the respondent is kept protected and will not in any way cause harm upon the respondent due to the interview.
