Importance Of Membership For National Honor Society

I believe I would be a great additional member to National Honor Society. I have experience in leadership positions, I am organizing, I am hardworking, and I am dedicated. With these qualities I believe my membership will be an important contribution to the club. I am part of Beta, Science National Honor Society, and Key Club. These are other clubs which are honor societies, and weigh importance on volunteering. I am also a member of MD Junior and HOSA, which as not considered honor societies but also value good morals and volunteering. With experience in these clubs I believe I have gained experience and learned important skills, whether people skills or educational skills. In addition to experience and skills, I am Vice President of Junior
Class Council, She’s The First, and Movie Club. I also volunteer at a senior living center every Sunday for two hours and spent my summer working for Northside hospital. From my leadership positions I have further developed my leadership skills as well as people skills. I have also further developed my organization skills and people skills. From my time at the senior living center and Northside, I have learned the value patience as well as gained experience being a care provider. Lastly, I am an Honor Student and have taken eight AP classes so far and am planning to take three more in my senior year. With this extensive school work load on top of extracurricular activities, I believe I have developed a strong work ethic and good time management. With these skills I feel as if I can greatly contribute to NHS.
