Define and describe public administration:
Public administration can be broadly describe as the development, implementation and study of branches of government policy. The persuit of the public good by enhancing civic society, ensuring a well-run fair and effective public service are some of the goals of the field. Today public administration is often regarded as including also some responsibility for determining the policies, organizing, coordinating and controlling of government operations. Public administration is certainly concerned with the organization of government policies and programmes as well as the behaviour of officials (usually non-elected) formally responsible for their conduct.
