Improving the quality of teachers in Govt. schools: A Stepping stone to all the education related problems , in India ?

Improving the quality of teachers in Govt. School would one of the major step toward the education related problem.
1. In our country not every child can join private school, major population of children are studying in Govt school. On improving the quality of govt teaching major part of country would benefited .
2. But in reality govt school condition are very miserable and peoples are trying to avoid these school as much as possible.
3.Generally no one thing about to be a govt teacher, Teaching profession should be lucrative like salary and facility should hike.
4. Infrastructure can be more better for improving teaching. In many of govt schools there is no proper bathroom for children , Many girl students drop out was noticed only due non availability of proper bathroom , if bathrooms are there but there condition is very pathetic , not usable. Govt school have large area but not managed properly. Good play ground can be made for variety of sports . Class room & furniture condition need to be improved.
5. Major problem in govt school is also the attitude of faculty. Facuity members are not serious toward teaching as there is no fear of losing jobs either they teach or not, they will got there salary on time unlike in private school there is competition to perform and to grow , with in teachers and it improves the teaching. I have two suggestion to improve on this one . First , there should be a surprise vigilance of higher authority ( Teachers) to check the teaching process. Second, teacher's knowledge should evaluate on timely bases.
6. FUND. Govt is funding sufficiently to schools but it is not reaching ground zero , about less than 20 % is being utilized in schools , Mid-day meal a awesome step by govt but again not implementing properly. Turn out in schools was increased as result of mid-day meal where it is implement properly.
7.Want to add one more point, Just like PSU the patternship of govt & private , Schools should also be privatize to some extend. Govt should have control and private player should manage the govt schools.Like good attendance system for teachers Bio-metric punch-in punch-out method , healthy competence between teachers for performing , good salary package & allowances. Teaching quality will improve automatically by this way
On working on above points school will improve , more quality teacher would join and hence education will improve .
