First of all, all students studying in different ways and each students has their results so, in my opinion, teachers should not get extra paid according to how much their students learn. In the class the teacher explains the material for everyone: someone understands very quickly, someone needs time to understand and for someone is very difficult to get the subject. For example, when I was in school I find it hard chemistry. I listened carefully my teacher and I practiced at home, but in this subject I was not no so good. Even more, I was not the only who had problems with chemistry in my class. This means, if the teachers receive additional payment for student’s achievement, my teacher would not get such an opportunity, although she tried very hard.
Moreover, I believe that it is unfair, because there are some subjects that students can get easily. For instance, in my class no one had problems with music, physical education, drawing and basics of life safety. At the same time, many students had problems with mathematics, physics and economics. This means that the music teacher should get more than a teacher of mathematics, only because the music class was easier for us.
In conclusion, in my point of view, teachers should not be paid according to how the student is studying because all students are unique and they take the material in different ways. Also, there are subjects which the majority has problems with.
