On November 4, 2016, Officer LESSANE responded to the incident location in reference to vandalism to a vehicle. Upon arrival and conducting a property check, Officer LESSANE observed oil on the front windshield, hood, roof and driver side front window, of a white Chrysler Town & Country van.

MOCK stated on the above listed date and time, she got into a verbal dispute with her brother, WILLIAM YOUMANS. She stated both her and YOUMANS resides at the incident location. Officer's action/observation:
Officer LESSANE arrived at the incident location and made contact with the complainant. Officer LESSANE then gathered the above pertinent information needed to complete this report. I then conducted a property check around the vehicle. Upon checking the property, Officer LESSANE observed oil on the front windshield, hood, roof and driver side front window, of a white Chrysler
Town & Country van. Officer LESSANE did not observe any damage to the vehicle.
Complainant expressed she did not have a water hose to rinse the motor oil off her vehicle. I recommended her to go to the nearest car wash to rinse off her vehicle. Officer LESSANE took photos of the observation while on scene. I then received a written statement from the complainant in reference to this incident.
