Government set out its vision for skills and what reforms the Further Education (FE) and Skills System would need to undergo in order to deliver those reforms in its document entitled ‘New Challenges, New Chances’ (NCNC). The document explains what Government will fund and describes the plan of action to implement the required reforms of the FE and skills system for adults aged 19 and over in England.
