Indie Rock Comparison
Indie rock is known as a kind of music that was born in the Britain. It was nicknamed thus because of the independent label allowed more “musical freedom”. This kind of music today is everywhere. Generally, this genre music uses unique instruments and for this reason this music is unique too, but less popular than others genres. (Billings, 2006) The sounds in indie rock are mixtures of almost everything and lyrics are about the nature and introspection. (Herrera, 2015). I’m going to contrast two indie rock bands one from Britain and other from Latin America.

    American exceptionalism is a pivotal concept within the American culture.
