Exhibition visit plan:

10:30am on Sep 19 (lecture) by 5pm on Nov 20, 2013 (Wed)

You are required to visit an exhibition or tradeshow held in Hong Kong. Write a report to reflect on your visit. The following aspects should be included:
1. Background information of the exhibition/ tradeshow
2. Facilities, activities and service provided to the exhibitors and visitors by the organizors
3. An indepth analysis on TWO of the following aspects of the exhibition/tradeshow you selected:  Marketing (exhibitors and visitors)
 Education/ entertainment programs, for example settings and audio-visual services etc.
 F & B arrangement
 Land arrangements, such as flights, hotel accommodation, shuttle service and sightseeing programs etc.
 On site operation/ management, for instance registration, ticketing, staffing and logistics etc.  Venue choice, floor plan and booth design
 Technology and green exhibition/ tradeshow
4. Your reflection on the visit
5. References
 List in alphabetical order using surnames of the authors
6. Appendices
 A photo of yourself in the exhibition/ tradeshow as a proof of your attendance
 Any other information/ photos relevant to the exhibition and your visit
