Specification Skills: 3.1. Level 2 – vi. Talking about characters in a story and writing a simple paragraph on one or two characters
General learning outcomes: By the end of the lesson, students should be able to i. State the characteristics of each character ii. Elaborate the characteristics of each character
Specific objectives: As the lesson progresses, students will be able to i. State two meanings of character ii. State the meaning of major and minor character iii. State three characteristics of each character (Lucy Beck & Ghost of Miss Broome)
Previous knowledge: i. Teacher taught the students about plot and synopsis in the story in the previous lesson ii. Students will have sufficient knowledge about the plot of the story based on students’ feedback during previous lesson.
