A “certain” that will be used as a future professional is the characteristic of confidence. It is certain that confidence is without doubt the most important feature in professionalism – Confident in one’s own skills, confident presently standing, and confident about the future. With confidence, individuals directly affect others around them and how well they perform their personal job. Without confidence, people tend to become hesitant to use their skills and abilities. Thus, I am certain that confidence will
be used as a future professional.
Following the “certain” of confidence, the “avoid” for future professionalism is negativity. Negative employee attitudes and less-than-professional behavior can poison the workplace atmosphere. As a future professional and personal trainer, it is important that clients feel welcomed wanted and loved in the environment. Applying a negative milieu only pushes away clients and overall shows the true colors of the company and/or the trainer. Therefore, I will avoid negativity as a future professional.
Going forth into the future, in the next couple of years, it is important that knowledge of the field is brought into the future as a professional. Understanding, comprehending and analyzing situations in relation to the job is of the upmost significance. If the client is unable to learn and excel through the training they receive, than not only does the knowledge become useless, but so does the “certain” and the “avoid.” Hence, I want to take knowledge of the field into the future as a professional.
Apart from personal views, it is imperative that all skills regarding personal relations are incorporated as they create and mold a true professional. The professional should be dependable, punctual, great articulation, and overall maintains a professional standard that meets the illustration of professionalism. To be a future professional, it starts with us, but it ends with the clients. It is our goal to be that illustration of professionalism; therefore we can professionally change the lives of the clients.
