1.0 Introduction
1.1 History of the Organization
IGB is one of Malaysia’s leading property development group and is listed on the main board of Bursa Malaysia. Its business activities encompass construction, property development, retail development and hospitality. Today IGB is a diversified business conglomerate and a major player in the property industry in Malaysia and abroad.
The Mid Valley Megamall, part of the Phase 1 of the RM1.3 billion Mid Valley City development project. The Mid Valley Megamall which has approximately 1.7 million sq ft of lettable space over 5 levels, with three major anchors, Carrefour, Jusco and Metrojaya.
