Industrialization made settlement patterns, harder because there was not enough places to move to because they were all crammed up with other people, It also made quality of life bad because the tenements and apartments were small and dirty, it made regional development easier because things could get built/made faster and easier.
Industrialization changed settlement patterns, because it started to draw people away from agricultural way of living into industrial cities to work in factories for really no money at all. It also changed the way of life by making peasantry a cheap labor of the new industry, which meant people working in the industry were slaves working for little money.
Industrialization changed the quality of life for people because once the new industries started the population in urban areas and industrial cities boomed, and the lower class people had to live in run down, dirty, small, and small crowded tenements. Also since so many people had jobs, wages were at their lowest and work conditions were horrible, lastly hours were bad, people made at the most10 cents per hour and worked 8 hour days most of the time.
Industrialization changed regional development in cities because the industrial revolution brought lots of machinery to help work go faster and easier, and created more machinery such as; textile machines and steam engines. It also changed regional development because people were able to build taller buildings, because of the invention of steel and elevators which meant more people could work, and business owners were making more money.
