* PROCEDURE FOR MATERIAL UN LOADING :- OBSERVATION:- 1. Novartis Pharma: receive material from different suppliers all the material is received against DELLIVERY CHALLAN and PURCHASE ORDER 2. SAIFEE DELLIVERY CHALLAN is maintain In Log Book 3. One lifter and four labor is required for un loading of material from truck 4. Before unloading warehouse supervisor must ensure that * Truck is covered and closed * Floor boards are dry and clean * No evidence of chemical and rodents * No evidence of spillage and leakage 5. warehouse supervisor has material loading and unloading process check list, which focuses on * fork lifter safety * truck and road safety * personnel safety * material safety 6. After unloading warehouse supervisor done Physical examination of all the material qualitatively and quantitatively 7. Material offloading on cleaned pallets with proper stacking. 8. After unloading warehouse supervisor checks necessary information like * Name of
