Infant Fall Or Drop Stakeholder Analysis

There are numerous key stakeholders in regards to infant falls or drops. Parents and family members of the infant are a very important key stakeholder. These parents of these infants born at my organization want their infant not only to be safe in the hospital but also when they go home. Nurses, managers, administration, educators all are key stakeholders in the problem or issue.
A7a. Importance of Key Stakeholders and/or Partners Getting everyone that can be and could be affected by this issue or problem is very important. An infant fall or drop could have a huge impact on the baby, the family and the staff involved in the incident. An infant fall or drop can result in injury to the infant which can be life-threatening. The staff
