The problem of solving the supply and demand debacle could go to a panel of organizations for consideration, such as Eight neighbor partnership (ENP). This is a group of eight organizations collaborating together to figure out how to solve a particular problem. The problem that connected them together was the loss of funding in 2008. This loss of funding was because of the economic depletion in 2008 of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. They were planning to give 400,000 dollars of grants to the non-profit organization, however they lost the permission. There are always possible consequences to any action. ENP could give to an organization because the charisma of the president, and be ignorant to their organization. Also there could be cases where the community would see ENP as a group of organizations trying to control them. This idea needs to be addressed in order to create a fundamentally sound group. The people need to understand that the group is there to help the non-profit organizations, and not being a government overhaul.
In order to replicate ENP there needs to be proper communication, and a practical reason for the group collaboration. The practical reason would involve all of the organizations throughout the region. This could be from an earthquake to not having enough resources for all organizations in the region. It is also important that the people are trustworthy and friendly with one another. To have offending organizations together could be detrimental to the ending result.
