Nowadays, in a highly technological society, human productivity is made more efficient through the development of electronic gadgets. Computers are not confined to being used for entertainment but can also use in business purposes. It can make the management of a business less tiring and easier. Many problems in business arise in keeping of files. The Dental Clinic is using a manual storing of files and computing, which is traditional use when technology is not yet developed. BACKGROUND OF THE STUDY
The Pajanostan Dental Clinic started to open in the year 1995.It has a branches in Fort Bonifacio, Makati City and here in Bulacan. The Dental Clinic is built by Mrs. Arlene Pajanostan and Mr. William Pajanostan. Pajanostan Dental Clinic is open every Monday to Friday from 9am-7pm and Saturday to Sunday ffrom 9am-4pm.

General Problem System for Pajanostan Dental Clinic. This study was conceived to develop a database management Specific Problem Specifically, the study would answer the following problems: a. Lost dental records of patient’s. b. Deterioration of patient’s dental records. c. Having difficulty in finding a patient’s dental records.
OBJECTIVES OF THE STUDY
General Objectives The general objective of the study is to develop a Database Management System for Pajanostan Dental Clinic.
Specific Objectives a. To prevent losing dental records of patients. b. To prevent the deterioration of dental records of patients c. To make finding of dental records easier and more efficient.
