THE MAGIC OF CHOCOLATE
Introduction
Chocolate is rich in antioxidant such as phenols. It helps in the prevention of heart disease and cancer. Content is the same as in green tea, orange juice, spinach, onions, corn and bananas. Chocolate does not cause migraine, obesity, pimples face or heart attack and cancer.
Main Point 1 * For women with PMS, eating chocolate can supply magnesium required by the body. When period comes, body is deficient in magnesium and this increases the problem of pain during menstruation (PMS). * According to the research in University of Pittsburgh, Chocolate does not cause migraines as supposed before. Even chocolate contains substances such as sedatives, which increase the level of pain and feeling healthy. Chocolate produce endorphins which make us feel happy.
Main Point 2 * Chocolate is rich in antioxidant. It helps in the prevention of heart disease and cancer. Eating chocolate can strengthen the immune system. Can reduce the risk of flu and fever. * Chocolate is not the cause of pimples. Pimples is caused by hormonal changes and because you are lazy to wash your face before bed. Do not stress yourself, eat chocolate. It can calm you during stressful.
Main Point 3 * For women, chocolate promotes the production of the female brain chemistry endorphins, which promote a sense of joy and reduce stress.
Conclusion
Content and benefits for the chocolate is very good for preventing various diseases and you will feel happy and healthy. Therefore, I strongly recommended eating chocolate is good for us.
