INTRODUCTION
Technology nowadays is no doubt a need and a big help to us in every aspect of our daily activities. In order to do things faster, easier and better, we go with using technologies. As we can see, technology has now become the foundation of every human activity and with the aid of technology we can do tasks with less effort and time consumption.
Coping with the electronic evolution, left the institution in a dilemma with no options except to follow and adopt the changes. Students prefer to have guide and easy ways of transaction like releasing of records, enrollment and many more functions. These are the demands that institutions should come up with. What they need is a software system for their educational institutions that would help on managing student data.
The creation and management of accurate, up-to-date information regarding a students’ academic career is critically important in the schools. Student information system deals with all kind of student details, academic related reports, college details, course details, curriculum, batch details, placement details and other resource related details too. It will also have faculty details, students’ details in all aspects and students updated by the college administration. It also facilitates us to explore all the activities happening in the school. Different reports and queries can be generated based on vast options related to students, batch, year level, faculty, curriculum, grades and even for the entire school.
