Executive Summary

TAG Technology International Ltd is a reputable IT organization in ITALY. It has been the most successful development company for the past 10 years TAG Ltd initially followed close platform for their products, but now have shifted to Open source due to demand.
The Board of TAG Technologies decided to view the existing structure due to competition. For which they appointed a new chief executive officer who decided to re engineer the business process at TAG Ltd.
Monalisa, The director of quality management was responsible in spreading the information about the new process by means of conducting meeting. Monalisa tried her best to spread information but failed at it. Hence she resigned
The Chief executive officer then decided to replace Monalisa’s position. Doctor King Hillary, who was an IT researcher, was appointed he decided to do a feasibility study, in order to develop a framework

1. Hard line Business Framework
Potential ability and growth of the organisation determines the real success of the firm. Potential ability can be improved through identifying the preliminary components and designing a framework in order to achieve the determined objectives and goals. The enhancement of the business in a progressive way and improvising on the existence will emphasizes on the growth of the organisation (MIller et al. 1986).

    At the board of directors’ meeting, board president received a letter from staff council of Oneida Home Health Agency (OHHA), highlighting various staff concerns and suggestions. Rachel Nelson, who had been hired as the executive director of OHHA, was shocked and angered to see the letter, since this was a clear violation of organizational hierarchy and brought her management skills into question.
