The Assistant Marketing Manager is the entry-level position in brand management. The Assistant Marketing Manager works with the Marketing manager and assists in the development of all aspects of brand management. The Assistant Marketing Manager is responsible for maintaining the budget and business plan for one or multiple brands. The Assistant Marketing Manager
Inc, Marysol Fernandez. Marysol has been with Bacardi for 13 years. She has a Bachelors in Business Administration. She acquired her first job at Bacardi (Sales Promotion Coordinator) through an agency. Marysol helped me discover which job title I was seeking.
