Subject: Informational Interview Memo One of the easiest way to learn about a subject in your field is to ask the people who are already in it. For this informational interview I interviewed Andrew Rodriguez at Wells Fargo Bank in Norcross. Rodriguez graduated in 2012 with a bachelor degree in Finance. Rodriguez was starting out as a personal banker, he shared how it was really hard to get clients to trust him. Even after being a mentee with a professional banker clients were still hesitant with his limited experiences. In their eyes, he wasn’t credible enough to handle their finance. His advice for me is to be patient. Mr. Rodriguez helped his coworkers and helped build relationship with their clients. From there those clients would reference him to other clients and help them understand their financial needs. He also mentioned that knowing Wells Fargo and their services they offer really well is helpful. He is able to translate that so his customers will understand that they they are getting quality products and services. We talked about being passionate in everything we do. Without passion living would not be worth wild. Knowing you’re good at what you do gives you that sense of purpose and enjoyment in helping others. Mr. Rodriguez enjoys his work and looks forward to the near future of his career with Wells
