Osama Bin Laden Throughout my research of Osama Bin Laden death I have found out how each news channels supports or doesn’t support the fact that he is dead. I learned how these news channels have projected the subject and how they dealt with it. I got to see how each news reporter took in this information and how they felt about it. Many of these news clips that I watched were very similar but they were all also able to point out their differences on how they felt about Osama death. The four news channels that I followed were CNN, CBS, MSNBC, and ABC. CNN had a lot of information that they had to discuss about the death of Osama, but there was one particular subject that stood out the most to me. Obama and if he did the right thing. Ron Paul who was being interviewed about his stand point on Osama death directed a lot of his issue towards the president. He continually questioned if Obama made the right move. Ron feels that the job could have been done earlier like in 2001. He feels that we waited too long to just now approach the issue. Ron states that going to Iraq to fight was just a useless battle, it was a waste of time and a waste of money. If the government would have dealt with the situation better then the story could have been settle now.
