As an immigrant, I often face the cold rejection with which your citizens face us, the curious but sardonic looks they give me. It is because they believe that we disrupt the traditional infrastructure that brought them prosperity, and swarm in their country like rats, a cunning invasion in disguise, the Islamisation of the West. Rumours say we do this by purposely snatching jobs in front of natives, who then are left out, redundant, seeing us in a career that would have been theirs. Although these points have some validity, I would like to bring to you the fatal flaws of the greatest fear of the casual citizen.

People are afraid that we take away jobs, but in fact the opposite is happening. By founding companies that are going to turn out as major enterprises, a single immigrant can create hundreds of thousands of workspaces. Just as Andrew Grove’s market-leading technology company intel employs 107 thousand people, or the worlds most commonly used internet browser Google, founded by Sergey Brin.
It is not only well-educated immigrants who create new opportunities and jobs in America, even manual labor employments that are taken by us help the economy and it’s growth. There currently is a shortage of manual workers in multiple states, which could be filled by us. For each farm job that is filled by one of us, there are three jobs created in related industries. But as there are not enough American-born people to take these employments, America needs us more than ever, or they are going to leave billions of dollars and thousands of jobs on the table.
So now I ask you, dear council, if you truly believe that the price that you pay (namely the dislike of the public) is too high for the multiple assets we bring with us, that not only benefit the nation as a whole, but also increase the cultural wealth of your citizens and cause grand family
