Have you ever forgotten something that is important to you? “I have." I remembered a few years ago at the age of 17; I went to the store to get formulas for my 2 month-old daughter. I know I had her in the car seat carrier while I was shopping, but after I finish and check out packed the bags and got all the grocery into the car. My sister and I drove a block away from the store before we realized the baby was not with us. We drove back to the store in a panic, and there she was on the counter in her carrier seat smiling with about four individuals who was trying to figure out who she belongs to. I rush over and look down crying and all she did was look up at me with her big brown eyes smiling at me.
As we come into the Christmas season, it is easy for us to forget what is important. Like me for instant forgetting my daughter on the store counter, we can get our priorities totally mix up and the true meaning of Christmas gets lost. We began to think about buying presents and who gets this and that, we talk about light decoration for the tree and Christmas dinners and parties.
