As it was already mentioned, educating the citizens about human trafficking is essential to finish this contemporary slavery. Nowadays it’s not anymore a shock to hear some kind of informative speech on human trafficking from a politician or a public person. People need to identify where the problem hides and bring it to the attention of legal authorities. The human trafficking endemic may seem overwhelming for the people eager to help, but there are always ways to change the already customary order of things.

Others seem to preserve the condition for a long time in some cases lasting for the rest of the victim’s life. This condition sets in as a result of breaking the basic assumption of an individual about his integrity and the overall safety of the environment. Exposure to these conditions causes the brain to break down and weaken.
The major solution to the problem of human trafficking is to create awareness as the lack of awareness directly leads to the escalation of human trafficking. Until recently, there was no tangible research on trafficking persons and the victim’s experience. The media reports were the ones that were used in the estimation of trafficking, and many of the reports published by governments hugely underestimate the issue.
There is a need for different governments to create a program of reintegration which will meet the needs of the internally trafficked or repatriated adults and children. Those who have been trafficked should be first addressed medically and financially and only then repatriated to their homes. No programs that exist at present provide the required assistance to the children in their recovery from the abuses that they have
