How much water is wasted each day by everyday people like us because we do not think water is that important to us?
Preview: Today, I would like to share with you some of the miraculous functions of water to a human body which are:
I. avoids dehydration,
II. aids digestion, and
III. helps in burning more fat.
Transition #1 : Let’s start with my first main point.
BODY
I. Topic Sentence #1: The first miraculous function of water is it helps the body to avoid dehydration.

B. Water is needed to regulate the body temperature to avoid the body from overheating.
C. When someone feels thirsty, it shows that the body has loss 1 percent of its total amount of water.

Transition #2: Now that we have discussed my first main point, let us move to my second point.
II. Topic Sentence #2: Other than that, water also functions in aiding digestion.
A. Drinking enough water helps prevent constipation.

C. According to Nutrition Specialist P. Kendall at Colorado State University Extension, “drinking water with a meal can offer some benefits to digestion.”

III. Topic Sentence #3: Lastly, water helps in burning more fat and aids weight loss.
