The informed consent is one of the significant aspects which is being repeatedly discussed in the articles because it base most of the research on the internet. Informed consent mainly based on the trade marks. I believe that this must be taken as essential part of the research because of the fact that there are different critical issues which are related to risks which are associated with the researches. The regulatory frameworks and the process obtaining are the factor which must not ignored. Internet research is the tool which came up with certain privacy issues which raise content theft threats. The informed consent therefore for me is the base of the acknowledgement which reduce most issues of internet
