In this essay we will present the process and the conclusions of scrutinizing the ethics of InfoSoft Systems sh.a.! Dated back to Code of Hammurabi 1some 4,000 years ago, business ethics is a social science, whose main aim is to define and examine the responsibilities of businesses and their agents as a part of the general moral environment of a given society. The output of this science are sets of rules and codes of conducts, which serve as means to protect the society from the possible infringements of moral codes as a result from the general activities and responsibilities of a firm to its stakeholders. We made a request to InfoSoft Company for a meeting in order to conduct our research. Normally it is difficult to reserve a meeting for research purposes without being a research company. However since Enea was a former employee of the company, we had it easier to arrange the meeting. InfoSoft appointed Human Resources representative Daniela Ndreu to be at our disposal. We started with a tour around the company where we could see ourselves how the company looked like from the inside, the working conditions and the willingness of the employees to help the costumers. After that we headed Mrs. Ndreu office where first she made a short presentation about the company, and then gladly answered our questions.
Apparently they treat every costumer in a unique way, based on their needs and requests. We could see it ourselves how the interaction employee-costumer was very important for the company. They even considered serving the client their biggest social responsibility. “Leaving apart our responsibility to respond the demand of millions of clients by offering them the best service they can have, I want to mention that InfoSoft Systems has its own business model. A self-regulated mechanism where all its activity relies on the spirit of the law and international norms, and also ethical standards.”- Mrs. Ndreu said. So in other words, we come in the first
