Executive Summary
Over several years, inner city parks have been run down, and there has been little to no improvement for them. These parks are outdated, and it not only affects the city, but more importantly has a bigger impact on the children of these cities. They are unable to play, and use the park to the fullest, because of its lack of resources. We have taken several measures to move forward in the case of bad weather, we have purchased large canopies for coverage from rain, we have on hand sand bags, so we can build retainer walls to redirect the water flow. We also have purchased plenty of industrial fans to account to high heat conditions, and plenty of water coolers to keep the workers hydrated.

This project relies on the use of funding from City and County grants, along with private investors. In any project, there runs the risk of investors pulling out. We face the same risk as that of our investors who have no legal obligation to continue investing into our project thus Far all of our progress has satisfied the needs of the investors. If we were to lose any of our investors, we have a response plan ready to put in place, this plan consist of reducing the amount of Computers, televisions, and staff. It will be the responsibility of the project manager and the project engineer to follow up on the issues and try to resolve them at this level. If the issue cannot be resolved, and a risk factor is involved, then a special meeting will be called that will include those citing the issue and all project team managers. If there is still no resolution to the issue/risk, a review will be conducted by the executive committee who will then decide on a solution to minimize or neutralize the risk.
