Innovation And Entrepreneurship Analysis
Innovation and Entrepreneurship are a major drive in the economy today. As what Peter Drucker wrote considering innovation and entrepreneurship 1985 the USA increase the employment force by 10 million, since there was an entrepreneurially inspired, innovative business culture. Virgin Group worked on the above term, that’s why Incorporating innovative ideas became a highly esteemed management goal. Virgin Group executives required their people to learn the innovation and entrepreneurship, as Peter Drucker wrote in his book, so he became their teacher, in the other hand the story continue with the leadership of Branson the first innovation story in Virgin Group history. Were he said “We give our entrepreneurs guidance, connections and opportunities through our peer and partnership network to help them become a force for good”.
Virgin Group believes in the revolving doors of innovation and entrepreneurship that is why they keep on updating their knowledge and process. Today after more than 25 years on the old book written by Drucker, Virgin Group do it

Concluding his speech, the message came directly from the mind of a true entrepreneur, “I’ve always believed there is no point in going into business unless you’re going to make an enormous and positive difference.” While these words might be inspiring and admirable, they are far different motives than the entrepreneur described by Drucker. In
Branson’s case, there is great drive to make his mark in the world, but on his terms which seem to carry a great deal of self esteem. Drucker’s entrepreneur thrived on systematizing, organizing and bringing change to corporate giants.

The Virgin established the following points for innovation to help feeding the entrepreneurship inside the company:
• Has a strong environment for innovation
• Is superior when it comes to exploiting this environment
• Constantly building on its human capital
• Universities and research establishments attract top

    What is creativity and what is Entrepreneurship? Is there any relation between creativity and Entrepreneurship? If so, what is the relation and what role does creativity play in entrepreneurship? The purpose of this essay is to articulate the relationship between Creativity and Entrepreneurship, to discuss the implications of creativity on the following entrepreneurial activities – decision making, business planning and opportunity development. Creativity can be defined as the production of novel and useful ideas in any domain (Stein, 1974; Woodman, Sawyer & Griffin, 1993). Creativity and innovation cannot be separated from entrepreneurship which in turn is the process of creating, exploiting and developing an opportunity. Millard, Pretorius and Kruger (2005) mention that “creativity is clearly part and parcel of the entrepreneurial skills and is required to successfully start a venture” (p. 56). Entrepreneurs and their ventures are considered to be “important agents of innovation” (Bosma & Harding, 2007, p. 16), not simply in terms of the products and services they provide, but also in terms of the technologies and processes that they utilise (Bosma & Harding; Watson et al., 1998). Entrepreneurs can be called as essence of creativity and innovation because of their nature. They nurture creativity and innovation. It can be argued that creativity is an important ingredient in the recipe for the new product or service any entrepreneur would provide and it is not only essential creating or developing the new product but also in every level of every type of the organization.     Drucker was the first to assert that workers should be treated as assets, and not as liabilities to be eradicated. He believed in trust and respect for each worker in every company. I agree with that statement completely. The more that worker’s feel important and appreciated in a company, the better they will perform. The treatment of workers is proportional to the services that workers provided. Along with this, positive treatment to workers gives a good reputation to the company often leading to more customers. Drucker pressed the idea of, “…no business without a costumer.” This is another aspect of Drucker’s management that I agree with. In business, whether it is a small firm, or a fortune five hundred company, customer service is key to success. In my very first job I remember being taught that the customer was always right. Early in his life, Drucker stood out against Hitler and Nazi Germany by organizing a protest and writing an essay in opposition of him. This shows the courage and strong willed personality even before he became a great businessman and leader in the management world. I think that being a leader is about more than delegating orders; it’s about staying true to one’s beliefs and leading by example. This is exactly what Drucker did, even in the non-business aspects of his life. I admire Drucker’s secrecies regarding his personal life. He kept business separate from his life beyond the office. I think that allows a person to debrief and enjoy their leisure time and hobbies in life. Sometimes strong business leaders become so engrossed in their job that they lose sight of the importance of things they once valued as a high priority. They end up losing family, friends, and their true identities in the process. Overall, I strongly agree with Drucker’s philosophy as a whole.
