Dear Students,
As explained in the syllabus, please find hereunder the test and exam protocol I will follow along our Innovation Management Course.
1. On the fly tests
- 25% : quizz based on Apr 3rd knowledge. You will, in particular, be asked to rewrite the Innovation Ambition Matrix and append 6 new companies examples according to the 6 types of innovation. You will be asked to complete another lesson's chart. Duration : 10 min. Will be done on Apr 8th, 9:45. I will distribute you the quizz sheet.
- 25% : quizz based on Apr 8th knowledge. Duration : 10 min. Will be done on Apr 15th, 9:45. I will distribute you the quizz sheet. You will, in particular, be asked to list the characteristcs of an innovation project (except Risk Management) as stated in the Innovation Project Management sheet and will have to list 4 and more items out of 12 to be assessed in a decision making check-list.
2. Final exam on May 15th
- 20% : Your TeamWork sheet (available in the Apr3rd resource note) with your completed personal progress : kick-off, Check-in1, Check-in2.
- 30% : 10 min common presentation on your innovative project + 10 min Q/A. You are free to choose the presentation medium and scenario you prefer. Evaluation will carefully consider:
. your teaming and team work,
. the respect of the innovation project specifics,
. the quality of the results: accumulated knowledge and/or trials and/or prototypes.
- We will celebrate altogether 3 best results: the best teaming, the best process, the best results (and do not forget that those 3 dimensions are linked... :-)
