How do you obtain inspiration on theater?

What do you think inspiration means? , Inspiration is an emotion when you love something and you do it because you like how it feels? Or is it something that promotes you to do something? Well its a little of both, its not an emotion its a feeling that promotes you to do something. But, how do you obtain inspiration? Is it different to obtain normal inspiration and inspiration on theater?
You only obtain inspiration if you like something and if it is your passion because normally you have inspiration because you love something or someone that you can’t live without, if it can inspire you to be or to became a better person.
If you don’t like something you can´t have inspiration because its something you don’t want and you don’t like, it might change your perspective, like in theatre if you don’t like it its maybe because you don’t have interest in it or maybe you don’t know if you like it because you don’t like the class or your classmates or the teacher.
To obtain inspiration on theatre you have to like your character and the role you play in it. You can only get inspiration if you really like what you are doing and you’re really in it. If you’re not interested in it then there’s no way for you to get inspired, its as having fun. If you don’t like what you are doing then you wont have fun. If someone tells you that theatre is no fun or that its boring, don’t hear what they tell you, you always have to take a shot trying new things so that you inspiration keeps growing and growing. There’s many ways to obtain inspiration, like loving your character, you have to feel you are that person. It help you to became a better actor, when you feel the story and the character you need to do 100%, but neither one of them is going to help you to have inspiration is you don’t like theater; you need to like it to obtain inspiration.
Having inspiration is really important to me because I’m an actress I love theater and I love

I am inspired by those that act because the actors are challenging themselves and playing a role that they had most likely never played before. As the audience, I am absorbed into the characters’ world and how the little mannerisms of each character complete the play as a whole. I am an absolute fanatic for theatrical performances, whether it be a play, musical, or dance. I think that performers have to express themselves effortlessly, unbeknownst to the audience. By experiencing it firsthand through pit orchestra, I was fully able to appreciate how much time was put into the preparation of of a performance. As a student at Wellesley, I will be frequenting the musicals and plays performed by the theater because the fine arts is what fuels my imagination. Also through participating in pit, I learned that many, many hours are put into creating a fantastic, emotion-wrought performance. It is not just the actors that create the atmosphere, it is also the musicians. Along with the actors and possibly the music, there are more people that put the time into making the play “perfect”, something that the audience usually does not know or does not see. For this reason, I am very excited to learn that there is a theater (aka a place to watch plays/musicals/perform as a pit member) because whether I…

However, the performer is responsible for bringing that to life. The performer is receptive of artistic and expressive interpretations. A simple tap move with a four bar count can motivate others to create a dozen different expressive variations. When I finally performed on stage, I outpoured my excitement and uneasiness on that stage. I cherished every minute of it. I imagined objects, feelings, and people in my mind as I performed for Rosie’s Theatre Kids. I was no longer rehearsing for a singular performance. I realized I was rehearsing for life. The lessons learned on this journey helped mature and facilitate my transition into a confident young…

The first quote that really motivated me was Joan Didon’s quote "Was it only by dreaming or writing that I could find out what I thought?" This really inspired me to think past of who I am as a writer and how I bring myself to the page with my strengths and weaknessess. For me the greatest part of writing is daydreaming and witnessing the transformation I go through when dreaming the dream of my story until it breaks out of the writing down of it which I always find hard.…

Theatre was not something that came naturally to me. When I came to Gautier High School, I was a quiet, reserved middle schooler just as ready to piss his pants as any other in his grade with the exception that I had the knowledge to not show it. I had yet to speak above a whisper and my yell was akin to a mouse’s yawn. In the words of a few teachers, I was “the most socially maladjusted child they had ever seen.” I was not a hot-shot and I most certainly didn’t crave to be the center of attention. So, in the moment of insanity that was my ninth grade year, I decided to audition for a school play. In the process of destroying preconceived notions, I met the singular most influential person, the director and theatre teacher, Amanda Brown.…

From singing Phantom of the Opera in the shower to pretending to be Mimi Marquez swinging from the wooden bars and ladder of my bunk bed belting melodies from my favorite show, Rent. My mother implanted theatre into my heart since the beginning. But I was always missing just one aspect of the magic I knew, performing. I yearned to hear the patter of my feet on the stage, for my voice to echo throughout a theater during a rehearsal, to transform into a different person and tell their story. But when I was younger I guess it just wasn't my time yet. My family didn’t really have the money to enroll me in any sort of performing arts program and our town lacked a theatre program in schools until high school. Performing in the comforts of my own bedroom would have to do until I got to high school. Once I got to high school I eagerly auditioned for the 2 shows they produced a year, desperate to finally be on a stage. Yet, there was something missing from the experience, I wasn’t aware of it at the time and it wasn’t until my friend Kevin pulled me aside during one of our rehearsals and informed me about the pre professional theatre company he was apart of. Soon enough I convinced my mother to sign me up for theatre camp at Gaslamp Academy of Performing Arts. Essentially it’s where I found myself as a performer and as a person. Before the program I hadn’t ever taken risks or made choices on stage as a character and as myself in life. If I was ever in a place with the opportunity to meet new people I wouldn’t take advantage of it, usually I’d wait until people came up to talk to me because I just couldn’t bring myself to talk to people. My confidence was at an all time low before Gaslamp, I didn't believe that I could accomplish anything. However, spending 8 hours a day for a month with a group of accepting, loving, intellectual, inspiring people changed me and I learned so much about myself that I…

    A Great Composer

Only one man could claim the title as probably the greatest composer in American history for writing so many unforgettable works: Aaron Copland. He lived a life inspired by many things as well as inspiring people all across the nation, and it really led to the opposite of being drawn into himself, as he described in the quote above. He was born in Brooklyn, New York on November 14 in 1900. He was the youngest of five children to Sarah and Harris Copland. A musical spark came out in Copland already at the age of 11 as he began piano lessons with his sister. His musical talents needed tutoring from a higher level of teaching and so he studied with a professional piano teacher, Ludwig Wolfsohn, at age 14. Copland said later, "No one ever connected music with my family. The idea was entirely original with me. And unfortunately the idea occurred to me seriously only at 13 or thereabouts—which is rather late for a musician to get started," (Charles Moritz 190). He graduated in 1918 and was able to devote all his time to writing and composing music. Wanting to further his knowledge in music, he was taught harmony and counterpoint by Rubin Goldmark. Understandably, the two men shared different views and Goldmark completely disagreed with Copland's styles, so to demonstrate his own stubbornness, Copland came back to Goldmark with a piece he wrote entitled "The Cat and The Mouse," (Charles Moritz 191). Copland would then attend the newly established American Conservatory at Fontainebleau in Paris, and he was honored in being the first American student of the amazing teacher, Nadia Boulanger. After three years he returned to New York without any knowledge of how a composer got his works published or performed, nor how he planned on keeping himself financially stable. Copland ended his…
