1. Purpose
The purpose of this International Business project is to develop a new innovative product or service that you can introduce into the global environment. You will analyze three countries and discuss some of the attractive features that each country possesses. Following that we develop a description of how we will enter the market with our product or service, as well as the Marketing Plan for the product which consists of the marketing mix. Now we are ready evaluate the risk/benefit, according to political and economic stability, Legal requirments/regulations, and Corruption level/ease of doing business. Using the current data that you collected discuss which country you would want to develop your product in, while also making a contingency plan just in case there is a worst case scenario.

2. Introduction My company is known as Oblusion baseball. Oblusion baseball is an online sports company where the head office is based out of Cincinnati, Ohio and is known all over the country. We sell anything and everything a baseball players need to perform well at the highest level. Our mission here at Oblusion baseball is to strive to provide you with the best quality and prices available. Your complete satisfaction for baseball equipment is our goal. Recently, our company has surveyed and researched many major league and college pitchers about one of the biggest problems with their cleats while playing.
