Internationalization Business Nowadays, many of organizations have taking a challenge. They focus on a specific but important kind of market development, operating in different geographical markets. It is internationalization. International means between or among on nations, it refers to increase the international trade. it is necessary and important to increase relations between nations and develop the needs of them. There are some factors that encourage internationalization provide by Yip’s globalization framework. It is determined by market drivers, government drivers, competition drivers and cost drivers. (G. Yip, 2003)

Market drivers The main factor of internationalization must be about the demand and supply of the product. There are three components in market drivers. Frist, there are similar customer needs in different area. For example, Korea product was very famous in Hong Kong now. A lot of daily necessities and foods have been gradually replaced by Korea such as makeup products and clothes. It is because there are similar traits between Korean and Chinese. Another place was same with Hong Kong is Taiwan. The products from Korea and Taiwan are also suitable for Hong Kong people, so it is a big demand of that products. Second factor is the global customers around the world. For example, Watches are no geographical limited.

    Foreign and local brands are occupying the local market competitively. Customers’ preferences for both brands differ in some ways and one of it is the brand personality.
