Dirt Bikes U.S.A. has concerns regarding fiscal expenditures related to the organizations communications system. The organizations specific issue is the amount of monetary spending that is required to communicate with its entire staff inside and outside the organization. Another key issue is the organizations ability to obtain industry specific developments, in addition to real time data on the global economy.
After some thorough research of the corporate organization, history, sales, marketing, and all pertinent fiscal records available. I was able to compile relevant data regarding the use of some pretty mainstream Internet tools and technology. These suggestions will further facilitate and enhance the organizations ability to obtain real time data, and dramatically improve communications with speed, efficiency, and most importantly reducing Dirt Bikes U.S.A.’s communications overhead.
Initial findings reported that all Dirt Bikes U.S.A. employees who have access to a desktop PC have access to the Internet. Other initial findings indicate Dirt Bikes limited or restricted exposure to the general public in both Europe and North America. Dirt Bikes U.S.A. chooses not to sell directly to the public but instead employs a network of 40 authorized distributors in North America and Dirt Bikes utilizes independent dealers throughout Europe. Another limitation of Dirt Bikes U.S.A. is the use of third party media relations for product endorsements, new developments, recent victories, including product placement advertisement with motorcycle enthusiast based periodicals.
With all the information, and research gathered I am able to make the following recommendations with detailed descriptions as to how this will benefit Dirt Bikes U.S.A. as an organization to further enhance communication and increase product exposure globally and cost effectively.
