This report attempts to attribute my observations, learning during the Internship program conducted at overall activities of the Monoara Diagnostic Centre.
I made sincere efforts to study related materials, document, annual report and the operations system of Monoara Diagnostic Centre and have examined related materials for preparation report. I have tried my best to make this report as comprehensive and informative as possible within the time allowed for me.     Also, I would like join organizations like MINSA (Ministry of Health) and work closely with them to spread awareness of health preventions. Also, I would like to implement training to improve the treatment that doctors have towards patients since this is a commons issue that happen in the hospitals between patients and doctors. People demand not be treated in the right way, and I witnessed these conditions firsthand. One day, I went to visit my aunt to the hospital, whom was fight the cancer battle and I observed a bad action that the nurse had toward my aunt when she asked her for a pain pill, the nursed turned around and walked out of the room saying “we are not allow to give you” without any explanation. Doctor shouldn’t make their personal problems part of their professional job. However, implementing these new changes will not be easy. One of the major obstacle I will face, will be trying to implement new rules regarding the doctors’ treatment toward the patients, since they won’t give up easily the way they have been doing their work, just because I foreign say so.
