Anxiety
We always worry about something or are afraid of something in our life, but when we over-worry about our life or afraid, it is absolutely abnormal. Anxiety, one of the emotions of people, not only just belonging to us, but also effecting and undermining life. If there are some people suffering because of this illness, we can find a lot of ways to assist them.
It is essential for us to know the definition of anxiety. First of all, we can be bettered to help. Anxiety is a psychological and physiological state characterized by somatic, emotional cognitive and behavioral components. It is the displeasing feeling of fear and concern. It is good for showing more detail about behavior of anxiety. Anxiety is a generalized mood that can occur without air identifiable triggering stimulus, which is distinguished from fear, which is an appropriate cognitive and emotional response to perceived threat. Additionally fear is related to the specific behavior of escape and avoidance, whereas anxiety is related to situations perceived as uncontrollable or unavoidable.
There is no doubt that some people like to know why anxiety is just called a kind of illness rather than simple emotion. The emotion is the thing we can rational control beside the overreacted mood had interrupted our daily life already, the anxiety will strongly bother us at the beginning of new fresh each and everyday. The causes of why anxiety is serious and how can anxiety bother us are listed.
An evolutionary psychology explanation is that increased serves the purpose of increased tender to take protive actives regarding such possible threats.
