Definition
: This course is designed as an introduction to Information Systems. The course first focuses on theoretical aspects and concepts of Information Systems. Then provides guides for hardware, software, networking and mobile technologies. Then It continues with different application areas as
E-commerce, Customer Relationship Management. Office Suite (Word Excel Powerpoint) will also be practiced in the lab sections. Students should expect to spend at least 4 to 6 extra hours a week outside of class time (mostly using a computer).

To obtain the Main text book is very important because many cases and quizzes will be based on the textbook.
