As historians have shed race-driven and providential views of human history, new explanations have had to be formulated. Some of these new explanations are surprising; most of them conflict at some point with each other. Imperialism has been linked to multiple theories of the actual origins of the imperialistic…

The people I observed seemed frustrated that the street light was taking too long to change so they crossed the street, people that aren’t paying attention are more likely to jaywalk due to the fact they maybe on their phones or walking without looking at the traffic light. Laziness is another characteristics some people jaywalked rather than walk to the crosswalk. Lastly being young is a characteristics many school children jaywalked even if a crossing guard was at the corner. ICAOS is an Automated Office System using an Oracle Database and front end application. The ICAOS will coincide with the current timekeeping system by using existing employee numbers, and assigning an employee number to each step of the inventory’s trip through the warehouse. For example, when the product is received, put away, restocked, picked, and shipped, an employee number will be assigned for each action. This will allow for efficiency, and accuracy accountability tracking for the warehouse as a whole as well as for their individual employees. Reports will be generated showing the amount of material moved by each employee, and the employees will also have a record of their own individual performance. This will help with performance reviews, as well as show where problem areas or bottlenecks occur. .…
