Back pain is experienced by more and more people every day all over the world. This can be caused by overuse of muscles, constant stressful work conditions and plain bad posture. Inversion tables are specially designed to help reduce the pain from most back ache causing activities and ailments.

The inversion table is a special device that a person can lie on to tilt their body back at a downward angle, causing the various weights of their body to gravitate in the opposite direction that they normally do. They are usually made of high grade steel or metal parts with a comfortable table or bed surface to lay on. These tables are very sturdy and can hold large amounts of body weight on top of them at various angles.

Many of the parts of the body suffer from compression that is caused by gravity and stressful influences. Decompression can be accomplished through the use of an inversion table. They work together with muscles, tendons and ligaments. All these components support the body and enable a large range of movements.
