Irritant Contact Dermatitis
It is inflammation of the skin from exposure to detergents, toiletries, chemicals and even natural products, for example, foods. Prolonged or contact with water, There are two types of contact dermatitis and it can affect all parts of the body, but mainly the hands:
1. Irritant contact dermatitis;
Irritant contact dermatitis is caused by your hands drying out and causing damage to the skin, eg detergents, solvents, oils and having contact with water.
2. Allergic contact dermatitis.
Allergic contact dermatitis is caused when someone develops an allergic reaction to something that touches their skin. An allergic reaction can appear at anytime. Can be caused by chemicals in hair products, Epoxy resins and some foods.
