Based on data in figure 3.1, the result on the first question shows that 6 out of 55 (11%) are feeling very satisfied with the ease of using this system, 10 out of 55 (18%) are satisfied, and 12 out of 55 (22%) tend to be satisfied. In contrast, 21 out of 55 (38%) tend to be unsatisfied to the ease of using this system, and 6 out of 55 (11%) are feeling disappointed with the ease of using this system.

The eleventh question shows that 6 out of 55 (3%) think that this system provided information is very clear, 9 out of 55 (4%) think that this system is clear, 12 out of 55 (5%) think that this system is rather clear, but 22 out of 55 (10%) think that this system is quite not clear, 5 out of 55 (2%) think that this system is not clear, and 1 out of 55 thinks that this system is very not clear.
The twelfth question shows that 6 out of 55 (3%) are feeling very satisfied with the easiness of finding the information in this system, 10 out of 55 (5%) are satisfied, and 18 out of 55 (8%) tend to be satisfied. In contrast, 18 out of 55 (8%) tend to be unsatisfied to the efficiency of using this system, and 3 out of 55 (1%) are feeling disappointed with the efficiency of using this
