As Health care providers we are responsible of majority of all the health care issues involving our patients , facilities and health care products, so that is why we should have the best management team possible for our healthcare programs. That is why it is important to have a good working relationship between the manger and employee they both can receive criticism without feeling singled out. Unions in the organization is good for support from others , to avoid this error of singled out employees , it would be in the best interest of the manger to send out memos or post them of what is wrong how they can fix it without naming the person out.
The fourth and last error is ‘Changing a work process without considering the role of communities of practice on work performance”. This is where the power trip comes into play. This when the manage makes changes without consulting or informing their employees of these changes but expect them to carry out the changes. These types of changes can cause the employees work performance to fail, the whole program to fail and the clients or patients to suffer. The best why to avoid this error is to release statements to the entire organization and keep their employees well informed on any changes they are going on.
The\next error that will be discussed is the structure of dynamics, “failing to treat the organization dominant logic as an emergent property of the system and, instead, treating it as something that can be imposed on the system.” The disadvantage of this is stumping the growth of the organization, when in hospital setting there are always new medical techniques, instruments and practices , to avoid this error is encouraging the employees and management to accept new ideas and work on improving the old ones.
The last one is dealing with structure of the organization, in the post modern/complex adaptive systems there are going to be errors within in organizations but they can be avoided if we take the time to learn and implement techniques of communicating with one another.
