The phenomena of disability is an indespensible part of the human experience and cannot be divorced from the social milieu where it is produced. It cannot exist outside the periphery of social structure. Of course disability involves a broader conceptualisationn, as it is paret and parcel of social practice and social life.

It is not because that there has been no sincere initiatives, the main reason is the concept of ‘all’ often ignored the ‘other’. By creating special schools we segregated them from the society. But we also know that they have special need also which require special attention. In present era we talk about inclusive education where all children should study in a same school, share same class room. This concept firstly highlighted in India by Kothari commission. Even PDW act also talk about inclusive education but we hardly see any inclusive school. Differently abled children are not allowed to study with non disabled they think that it might affect the study of non disabled child.
