A Lot of the reason I do agree with and for good reason for example in the paragraph it said “They learn best by observing firsthand in a one-on-one real world situation”. I feel this very much applies to myself because I have noticed that in real world situation I really do benefit rather than a classroom example or even a conversation about a situation. In addition, to that statement as an ISTP I prefer to work in an environment that produces a practical product. I feel working on a practical product will benefit me more than rather just a project for fun or pastime; therefore, the definition and examples of being an “ISTP” fits me perfectly. While, I do understand that I can learn from real world situations and practical products I also am a leader. My leadership style is a way that I lead through action , I also give my staff the needed information to do their jobs efficiently and correctly without making them do the work my way. A example of my leadership ways are on the football field. Carpenter, construction worker,dental hygienist, electrical engineer, and a mechanic are just some off the careers that would well suit and lure a “ISTP”. Personally I could see myself being a electrical engineer, dental hygienist , or a mechanic from the occupations that are on this list but my true passion is sports , I love Football , baseball , and most of all basketball. I am still chasing the childhood dream and to me that is what being an “ISTP” is all about chasing
