When trying to become an Architect, the required education often includes a 5-year professional degree in the field. Most states require you to be trained on a special program approved by the National Architectural Accrediting Board (NAAB). The result of this program is Bachelor of Architecture, Master of Architecture, and Doctor of Architecture. After graduating from an NAAB- approved program, aspiring architect might have to complete an internship approved by the intern development (IDP) to be able to meet state licensure requirements. After finishing the inter requirement period, architecture are required to have a license. They have to pass an Architect Registration Examination (ARE)
